Amazing and friendly staff made us feel welcomed.

During my stay, the lack of communication was frustrating. The hot water ran out, and I had to wait for a notice under my door. Additionally, the shower lever was broken, causing significant inconvenience. I also faced issues with the day pass information. the pricing was misleading, and my family member was denied entry due to a misplaced band, which was never clearly explained to us.

The location offers stunning views and a cozy atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation. While the food varied in quality, some meals were excellent and well-prepared. However, I did experience delays in receiving clean towels, which is an area for improvement.

I recently enjoyed a stay at the Royal Decameron Montego Bay. The beautiful beach view captivated me, and the entertainment staff brought joy to my days. While some amenities felt dated, the warm service made up for it. I left feeling relaxed and welcomed.

The staff were helpful, treating my family like royalty. We played games by the pool and enjoyed the beach, and let me tell you the cocktails were flowing and delicious

The staff members were friendly and attentive during our stay. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment.

The parking lot was too far from our building, making it exhausting to walk back and forth.

The double room with an ocean view was spacious and kept immaculately clean throughout our four-night stay. The younger staff were full of energy and really encouraged us to join in on the games, providing a lively atmosphere. The variety of authentic Jamaican food was a highlight, especially the jerk chicken and fresh-baked scones. However, the WiFi could be pricey and only available for an extra cost, which felt a bit outdated. Additionally, while the majority of the staff were friendly, a few seemed rushed during busy times, slightly affecting the service quality.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location, with the beach access providing a perfect spot to relax and the outdoor swimming pool being well-maintained.
